Andrea Mallory started with Rock Steady Boxing in 2024 as the Director of Development. She brings a wealth of experience in nonprofit leadership, having served as the Executive Director of Hope House from 2016 to 2024, where she led the organization to achieve significant growth in operational income, thrift store sales, and grant funding. Before that, she was the Membership Development Director for the Greenfield Chamber of Commerce, where she successfully increased membership and retention rates. Andrea is known for her ability to build strong community partnerships, develop strategic plans, and lead teams to exceed goals.
