Emily graduated from Taylor University with a BS in Exercise Science with a concentration in Health and Fitness. Emily was a four-year collegiate softball player. Prior to graduation, she interned with Weaver Popcorn’s Corporate Fitness Program, followed by an internship and subsequent employment by Promotion Fitness as an Exercise Specialist and Assistant Program Coordinator.
Emily has experience teaching BioCored SuspensionX (Suspension Training), BootCamp, Mat Pilates, Spin, Strength Circuits, and Tabata. She enjoys working with
people and helping them achieve their exercise goals and her passion is to communicate as well as demonstrate the importance of living a healthy lifestyle.
Emily is an ACSM certified Personal Trainer, Spin Instructor, and Rock Steady Boxing Coach, and currently working on a Mat Pilates certification through BASI.
