Preston Moon

Assistant Coach

I’ve retired twice, 20 years with the U.S. Army working in Finance and 24 years with Xerox as a Solution Architect. I’ve been fortunate that my Parkinson’s has not progressed as quickly as others.

My Parkinson’s journey started in 2000 with tremors in my left side when I was 45.  In 2009, I walked into the RSB Gym started boxing and it changed my life. Over the years Gloria (my wife) and I have assisted RSB locally and traveling to other locations to conduct workshops / demonstrations of how RSB can have a positive impact on those living with Parkinson’s.   To include traveling to the last 4 World Parkinson’s Congress held at Montreal Canada (2013), Portland Oregon (2016), Kyoto Japan (2019) and Barcelona Spain (2023) for demo and share the RSB story.  Currently I Coach at the Hancock Wellness RSB gyms and the HQ RSB.  I assist during the RSB Head Coach Training and RSB CoachCon Recertifications.

Gloria and I will celebrate 50 years of marriage in 2026.  I have 4 children, 6 grandchildren and 3 greatgrandchildren (for now).  I enjoy music as a Vocalist, my Tesla and having a good laugh with friends and family.
