What started in 2006 as a crazy idea and was certainly against “doctor’s orders,” today boxing and intense exercise has substantial scientific evidence supporting it as an effective exercise for Parkinson’s disease. The Rock Steady Boxing curriculum is recognized by the Parkinson’s Foundation as an Accredited Exercise Education Program.
