Sara Roque is the Director of Affiliate Services at Rock Steady Boxing.

After spending several years in the sports and fitness industry, Sara was looking for a fresh career path when she discovered RSB in 2016. It felt like the perfect fit, especially after her uncle had recently passed away with Parkinson’s disease. RSB combines two of her passions—fitness and helping others. Since joining, her connection to the program has only grown deeper, especially after another family member was diagnosed with Parkinson’s, and she encouraged them to start classes at an affiliate location. She’s seen firsthand how RSB makes a real difference, both professionally and personally.

Sara has a degree in Human Services and enjoys traveling, trying new foods, sports, and watching documentaries. She lives in McCordsville, IN with her husband, Michael, their son, Carter, and their Lab-Mastiff mix, Lucky.
